Algemene voorwaarden
Inschrijving voor een training bij ‘’t Competentiehuys is mogelijk door het opsturen van een ingevuld en ondertekend inschrijfformulier of door inschrijving via de website www.hetcompetentiehuys.nl. Door de inschrijving verklaart u akkoord te gaan met deze algemene voorwaarden.
Inschrijving
Wanneer wij een training voor u in gaan plannen vragen wij u een inschrijfformulier retour te sturen met cursist- en bedrijfsgegevens. Zodra wij cursisten inschrijven ontvangen zij via de mail een uitnodiging voor de geplande datum en indien van toepassing op de training ook inloggegevens om van start te gaan met de e-learning. Dit is het moment dat de training van start gaat!
Betaling
Bij inschrijving van de cursist(en) ontvangt u een factuur met prijs per cursist. De betalingstermijn is 14 dagen. Wij behouden ons het recht om jaarlijks een prijsindexering toe te passen op de overeengekomen tarieven.
Groepsgrootte
Om de kwaliteit van de trainingen te waarborgen hanteren wij een maximale groepsgrootte van 12 cursisten. De minimale groepsgrootte is 10 cursisten.
Annulering
- Annulering van een training dient per mail te gebeuren aan planning@hetcompetentiehuys.nl
- Kosteloos annuleren kan tot 14 dagen voor aanvang van de training.
- Bij het annuleren van een training binnen 14 dagen voor aanvang van de training brengen wij 50% van de kosten in rekening.
- Bij het annuleren van een training binnen 24 uur voor aanvang van de training brengen wij de volledige kosten in rekening.
Afwezigheid
Cursisten die verhinderd zijn bij een training kunnen afgemeld worden via planning@hetcompetentiehuys.nl. Wanneer er nog een training ingepland staat dan kan een verhinderde cursist kosteloos aan deze training deelnemen. Komt de groepsgrootte door de afmelding onder het minimum van 10 dan brengen wij de volledige cursusprijs per cursist, exclusief certificeringskosten, in rekening in rekening voor deze ‘lege plek’.
No show
Cursisten die niet aanwezig zijn tijdens een training én niet afgemeld zijn noemen wij no show. Bij een no show brengen wij de volledige cursusprijs per cursist in rekening. De cursist kan vervolgens kosteloos deelnemen aan een nieuwe training.
E-learning
Cursisten die naar een training komen zonder van tevoren e-learning af te ronden, indien van toepassing op die training, worden geweigerd. Komt de groepsgrootte hierdoor onder het minimum van 10 cursisten dan brengen wij de volledige cursusprijs per cursist, exclusief certificeringskosten, in rekening in rekening voor deze ‘lege plek’.
Externe locaties
Wanneer er gebruik gemaakt wordt van een externe locatie die wij in opdracht van u huren voor de uitvoer van de trainingen dan worden de volledige kosten hiervan (Huur, koffie/ thee en parkeerkosten trainer) bij u in rekening gebracht.
Auteursrecht
Lesmateriaal wordt ter beschikking gesteld aan de cursist op het moment dat deze bij ons ingeschreven wordt. Het lesmateriaal en het auteursrecht hiervan blijft eigendom van ’t Competentiehuys.
Vertrouwelijkheid
’t Competentiehuys, haar personeel en/of voor ’t Competentiehuys werkzame personen zullen de door de klant verstrekte informatie vertrouwelijk behandelen. ’t Competentiehuys conformeert zich daarbij aan de geldende privacywetgeving.
Personeelsgegevens
’t Competentiehuys verwerkt de door de klant verstrekte personeelsgegevens in overeenstemming met de geldende privacywetgeving. Als klant garandeert u dat betrokkenen van wie persoonsgegevens worden verstrekt zijn geïnformeerd over de verwerking van de gegevens door ’t Competentiehuys.

With a young and dynamic team, 't Veiligheidshuys offers education, training and advisory courses throughout the Netherlands, at its own locations or at the customer's location. Enthusiasm, drive, flexibility and short lines with the customer are central to 't Veiligheidshuys. In addition to colleagues with a temporary or permanent employment contract, we also work with self-employed persons and freelancers from the field.
We are always looking for experienced, independent instructors from the field with a passion for safety who want to work as a self-employed person or as a freelancer throughout the Netherlands. The preferred working area is North and South Holland.
