Klachtenregeling
’t Competentiehuys streeft ernaar om klachten te voorkomen door het verzorgen van goed onderwijs, in een goede sfeer voor alle cursisten en alle medewerkers. Met de klachtenregeling wordt beoogd een zorgvuldige behandeling van klachten te garanderen. Daarmee wordt het belang van de betrokkenen gediend, maar ook het belang van de onderwijsorganisatie. Klachten kunnen onder meer betrekking hebben op de begeleiding van cursisten, toepassing van (straf)maatregelen, beoordeling van cursisten, seksuele intimidatie, discriminerend gedrag, agressie en geweld. Naast cursisten kan eenieder die deel uitmaakt van het opleidingsproces een klacht indienen.
Klachtenprocedure
Mochten er desondanks betrokkenen zijn die een klacht of mogelijke klacht hebben, dan wordt de onderstaande procedure gevolgd.
Interne procedure
’t Competentiehuys beschikt over één interne vertrouwenspersoon en bij externe certificeringen één externe vertrouwenspersoon. Bij een klacht of een mogelijke klacht fungeert de interne vertrouwenspersoon als eerste aanspreekpunt. De interne vertrouwenspersoon verstrekt desgevraagd de nodige informatie in dat kader en indien nodig verwijst hij de klager door naar de externe vertrouwenspersoon. De interne procedure is als volgt:
- De klager kan bij klacht of mogelijke klacht dit in eerste instantie bespreken met de aangeklaagde. Het gaat hier om klacht of mogelijke klacht die tussen klager en aangeklaagde op een bevredigende en snelle wijze kan worden afgehandeld;
- Klachten die niet volgens de onder punt 1 vermelde wijze kunnen worden afgehandeld, worden voorgelegd aan de interne vertrouwenspersoon;
- De interne vertrouwenspersoon nodigt klager en aangeklaagde schriftelijk uit voor een gesprek. Zo nodig wordt informatie ingewonnen bij derden;
- De interne vertrouwenspersoon handelt de klacht binnen twee weken af. Klager en aangeklaagde(n) worden schriftelijk in kennis gesteld van de bevindingen en de conclusies met betrekking tot de klacht;
- De afhandeling van de klacht en de wijze waarop dit is gebeurd, worden door de interne vertrouwenspersoon geregistreerd.
- Bij afhandeling van een klacht of mogelijke klacht neemt de interne vertrouwenspersoon de grootst mogelijke zorgvuldigheid in acht;
- De interne vertrouwenspersoon bespreekt de klacht achteraf ook altijd met de directeur. Indien nodig neemt de directeur nog contact op met de klager.
- Mocht de klacht niet naar tevredenheid van de klager worden afgehandeld, dan is het altijd mogelijk dat de klager een klacht indient bij de directie van ’t Competentiehuys:

Externe procedure
Als de interne procedure niet leidt tot het oplossen van de klacht of mogelijke klacht, dan kan de klager zich mogelijk nog wenden tot de externe vertrouwenspersoon van ’t Competentiehuys. Deze vertrouwenspersoon kan bemiddelen bij het vinden van een oplossing voor het probleem. Zij gaat uiteraard vertrouwelijk om met de informatie en neemt bij zijn werkzaamheden de grootst mogelijke zorgvuldigheid in acht.
De vertrouwenspersoon gaat in eerste instantie na of degene, die zich tot haar heeft gewend omdat hij het indienen van een klacht overweegt, getracht heeft zijn problemen met degene, tegen wie hij zijn bedenkingen heeft, dan wel met de directeur op te lossen.
Indien dit niet het geval is gaat hij na of dit redelijkerwijs alsnog mogelijk is. Zo ja, dan verwijst hij betrokkene naar degene tegen wie hij zijn bedenkingen heeft en/ of naar de directeur en bemiddelt zo nodig daarbij.
Indien een terugverwijzing naar degene, tegen wie hij zijn bedenkingen heeft, dan wel naar de directeur niet mogelijk is, kan de vertrouwenspersoon betrokkene in overweging geven, gelet op de ernst van de zaak, geen klacht in te dienen, contact op te nemen met de vertrouwensinspecteur, dan wel aangifte te doen bij de politie of justitie.
De vertrouwenspersoon draagt er bij het uitbrengen van zijn adviezen zorg voor dat het risico voor betrokkene, dat hij bij de opvolging van die adviezen repercussies ondervindt, zo gering mogelijk is. Als een dergelijk risico redelijkerwijs niet is te vermijden, wijst de vertrouwenspersoon betrokkene nadrukkelijk op dat risico.
Indien de vertrouwenspersoon slechts een aanwijzing, doch geen concrete klacht bereikt, kan hij deze ter kennis brengen van de directeur, al dan niet voorzien van een nadere aanbeveling.
De vertrouwenspersoon is in principe verplicht tot geheimhouding van al die zaken, die hij in de hoedanigheid van vertrouwenspersoon verneemt. Deze verplichting geldt niet:
- Indien en voor zover een behoorlijke taakvervulling redelijkerwijs met zich meebrengt dat een andere persoon of instantie van bepaalde informatie in kennis gesteld moet worden;
- Ten opzichte van de klachtencommissie in het kader van een procedure voor die commissie;
- Ten opzichte van het bevoegd gezag, de vertrouwensinspecteur, politie- en justitieambtenaren en de rechter in geval van een zedenmisdrijf, met inbegrip van aanwijzingen voor en ook een redelijk vermoeden van een dergelijk misdrijf. In alle gevallen waarin de verplichting tot geheimhouding niet geldt, doet de vertrouwenspersoon hiervan uitdrukkelijk mededeling aan degene die met de vertrouwenspersoon uit dien hoofde contact heeft gezocht, onder vermelding van wat en aan wie hij informatie zal verstrekken.
- De vertrouwenspersoon brengt jaarlijks schriftelijk verslag van zijn werkzaamheden aan de directeur.

Enthusiasm, drive, flexibility and short lines with the customer are central to 't Veiligheidshuys. In addition to colleagues with a temporary or permanent employment contract, we also work with self-employed persons and freelancers from the field.
We are always looking for experienced, independent instructors from the field with a passion for safety who want to work as a self-employed person or as a freelancer throughout the Netherlands. The preferred working area is North and South Holland.
