Rechten van de betrokkene
Iedere betrokkene heeft het recht ’t Competentiehuys te verzoeken om inzage van zijn of haar persoonsgegevens. Als deze gegevens onjuist blijken te zijn kunt u bovendien verzoeken deze aan te passen. Derden
’t Competentiehuys zal uw persoons -of bedrijfsgegevens niet aan derden verstrekken, tenzij u hiervoor nadrukkelijk toestemming heeft gegeven en/of dat noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van de met u gesloten opdracht of dat deze verstrekking noodzakelijk is op basis van wettelijke verplichtingen.
Bewaartermijn
’t Competentiehuys bewaart de persoonsgegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk is voor de doeleinden zoals overeengekomen in de opdracht of om te voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen.
Beveiliging
’t Competentiehuys zal zich inspannen voldoende, volgens algemeen gebruikelijke technieken en methodes, technische en organisatorische maatregelen te nemen met betrekking tot de te verrichten verwerkingen van Persoonsgegevens, tegen verlies of tegen enige vorm van onrechtmatige verwerking (zoals onbevoegde kennisname, aantasting, wijziging of verstrekking van de persoonsgegevens).
’t Competentiehuys heeft in ieder geval de volgende maatregelen genomen:
- Fysieke maatregelen voor toegangsbeveiliging
- Organisatorische maatregelen voor toegangsbeveiliging
- Doel gebonden toegangsbeperking
- Beveiliging van netwerkverbindingen Encryptie (versturen van) digitale bestanden met persoonsgegevens
Welke persoonsgegevens verwerken wij? En met welke doelen doen we dat?
In de opleidingstrajecten waarbij een uitwisseling van persoonsgegevens van toepassing is, stelt ’t Competentiehuys de doeleinden waarvoor en de middelen waarmee persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt vast. Evenals de bewaartermijn van persoonsgegevens. Omdat ’t Competentiehuys beslist ‘waarom’ en ‘hoe’ persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt is ’t Competentiehuys verwerkingsverantwoordelijke. Zodoende hoeven wij geen verwerkersovereenkomst met u af te sluiten. Met deze Privacy Statement geeft u ons toestemming om de volgende gegevens te verwerken:

With a young and dynamic team, 't Veiligheidshuys offers education, training and advisory courses throughout the Netherlands, at its own locations or at the customer's location. Enthusiasm, drive, flexibility and short lines with the customer are central to 't Veiligheidshuys. In addition to colleagues with a temporary or permanent employment contract, we also work with self-employed persons and freelancers from the field.
We are always looking for experienced, independent instructors from the field with a passion for safety who want to work as a self-employed person or as a freelancer throughout the Netherlands. The preferred working area is North and South Holland.
